Solid Bond Solutions, based in Darlington, received the investment from the NPIF - FW Capital Debt Finance, managed by FW Capital and part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF).

The company, which specialises in property restoration, refurbishment and maintenance, has announced that it will be using the investment to create 19 jobs as well as to purchase equipment and increase its marketing activity.

In the past four years, Solid Bond’s turnover has grown to £1.5m, and the company predicts it will grow a further 30 per cent.

Terry Jerrom, managing director of Solid Bond Solutions, commented: “This investment will allow us to create 19 new jobs over the next four years, meaning we can offer our exceptional service and cost-effective solutions to more clients.

“The process of obtaining funding from FW Capital was straightforward and the team were incredibly helpful. We are grateful for the support.”
