Yorkshire contractor sponsors new Huddersfield rugby club

A Yorkshire contractor has announced its sponsorship with a newly formed rugby club.

Yorkshire Brickwork Contractors has announced its official sponsorship with Almondbury Spartans ARLFC, a new rugby club based in Huddersfield.

The sponsorship is taking place in order to support their ambitions as a new rugby club with the goal of facilitating essential opportunities and support for the young rugby players.

Michael Wynn, managing director and founder of Yorkshire Brickwork Contractors, said: “Since moving to Huddersfield and setting up my business, I have met so many amazing people and received much support and guidance whilst networking with the professionals of the town.

“I feel it is only right to give back to the community and what’s better is that I can do this by helping young people do what they enjoy the most.

“Since moving to Huddersfield I have got more involved with rugby, so sponsoring the Almondbury Spartans ARLFC just seemed like the perfect opportunity”.
