Yorkshire estate agent agrees development deal for Ilkley apartments
A deal has been agreed on for the development of an apartment scheme in Ilkley.
The apartments, at Lime Garth, are due to be built following a development deal negotiated by estate agent, Patrick McCutcheon, from Dacre, Son & Hartley.
Instructed by the owners of Lime Garth, Dacres offered the potential development site on an off market basis, attracting offers from a number of regional development companies.
The team of YorPlace and Square Feet were successful in securing an option on the site, and subsequently, achieving planning consent to demolish the existing house and create nine “luxury” apartments.
Dacre, Son & Hartley’s new homes division plans to start marketing the apartments in 2021.
Patrick McCutcheon, head of residential at Dacre, Son & Hartley, said: “We are very much looking forward to bringing these superb new apartments to the market next year.
“We have a longstanding relationship with YorPlace and Square Feet and are already marketing the stunning mews homes and luxurious apartments within the Grade 1 listed Burley Court in Burley in Wharfedale – where there is just 1 property left for sale.”
