Regional Property Solutions appointed to manage Manchester investment.
A private investor has appointed Altrincham based Regional Property Solutions to manage the mixed freehold investment at 406 Wilbraham Road, Chorlton.
The 4,500 sq ft three storey building comprises four long leasehold residential units on the upper two floors and a restaurant at ground level.
The Creameries restaurant in Chorlton is a popular neighbourhood venue run by former Aumbrey owner and chef Mary Ellen McTague and baker Sophie Yeoman.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “We are looking forward to actively managing this building and providing a full management service to our client.
“We believe that the continuing growth of our commercial property management business is down to our overall approach to ensure the smooth running across the UK of the circa 100 buildings and estates under our umbrella with a rent roll in excess of £6M.”
