Yorkshire housebuilder secures approval for 300 new houses
A Yorkshire housebuilder has gained planning approval to deliver hundreds of new houses.
Beal Homes has secured consent to build 300 new homes in Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire in addition to its ongoing developments.
The new houses are worth more than £70m, with 80 to be built in Hessle, 130 in West Hill, and 80 in Gainsborough.
The company said that the latest projects reflect the success of its current and recent developments and its confidence in the new-build housing market, despite the disruption caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
Richard Beal, chief executive of Beal, commented: “These latest developments are in locations where we have a track record of popular schemes, so we’re looking forward to repeating that success.
“They also reflect our continuing confidence in the new-build housing market, despite the disruption caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
“There remains strong pent-up demand for new homes and we believe we have a major competitive advantage due to our unique business model, under which every buyer has the opportunity to work with our expert designers to make their new home fit their lifestyle and tastes perfectly.”
