Roofing supplies firm expands into Leeds with new depot
A national roofing supplies firm is expanding into Leeds as it acquires the lease to a new location in Yorkshire.
Rinus Roofing Supplies has leased a 10,785 sq ft warehouse unit at Cross Green Vale Industrial Estate in Leeds from property consultancy company Gent Visick on behalf of MSN Properties.
The company currently has 24 branches across the country, including two others in Yorkshire, and will be installing a new trade counter into the warehouse, which it will use as a depot.
Harry Fullerton, surveyor from Gent Visick’s agency division, commented: “We agreed a deal within just two weeks of bringing the property onto the market.
“It’s the ideal location for a business like Rinus as it’s a thriving industrial estate in a great location.
“The unit has a prominent position on Cross Green Vale Industrial Estate and is also really accessible.
“Approximately just one mile from both Junction 45 of the M1 Motorway and Leeds City Centre, it’s a great location for Rinus as it expands into Leeds.”
