Owner of Les Frogs Business Reveals Truth

An exciting, reveal all autobiography has been released by the woman behind the much loved Les Frogs brand, which was worn by many well known people including Princess Diana and Alan Ferguson.

‘Being Lyn Smith’ covers the astonishing story of Lyn’s life through building and losing the highly recognised Les Frogs business and the shock of experiencing life in prison.

Worn by celebrities and stocked by many leading retailers, the Les Frogs brand was going from strength to strength until disaster happened, through no fault of Lyn’s, who is a respected business woman.

She has now made the decision to unveil her real life journey, relationships, highs and lows, how she coped with prison and the reality behind what happened to the clothing range and its owner.

Written with a raw honesty and humbling humility, Lyn shares warts and all the background to one of the UK’s loved businesses and brands in a book that has been described as one you cannot put down. Lyn said:

“I needed to share my side of the story of what was the unfair downfall of a high profile brand, a set up and an unjust prison sentence. I wanted to set the record straight and thank the family and friends who stood by me throughout some of the most traumatic experiences that life can throw at you. The best way to do that was to voice the truth for once and all.”

The book, includes links to evidence and an article from the 1990’s printed with the permission of Cheshire Life.

Lyn, who is now settled in Wales near her immediate family, concludes:

“Feedback from the book so far has been outstanding – the amount of people that have said to me ‘how on earth?’. It was a real journey jotting down my memories, and I am so glad that I can finally set the record straight and enjoy life with my loved ones.”
