Contact centre specialist launches innovative cloud platform

BrightCloud Group, the contact centre and customer experience specialist based in Leeds, is expanding its service offering with the launch of an innovative cloud platform, BCSquared.

BCSquared positions Brightcloud Group as the first single provider to offer a complete 360-degree managed service cloud platform based around the Cisco Webex Contact Centre.

Founded in 2011, BrightCloud Group specialises in offering implementation, integration and support services to Cisco contact centres throughout Europe. With a 25 strong team, the group has the UK’s largest team of experts who focus solely on Cisco Contact Centres.

Following on from a period of sustained growth, which saw revenue increase by 42% in 2019, BrightCloud Group is now further expanding its niche expertise in Cisco contact centre technology.

Marking a key development in BrightCloud’s growth strategy, the launch of BCSquared is expected to play a pivotal role in achieving a 30 percent increase in revenue for this financial year.

With customers from diverse business sectors including automotive, finance, utility, public sector, and retail, the Brightcloud team recognises that the transition to cloud can vary for contact centres of varying sizes and across different industries.

The BCSquared platform can design and build bespoke hybrid solutions that integrate and manages the communication infrastructure needed. This supports a company’s digital transformation strategy and ultimately enables, advances, and optimises an omnichannel approach for contact centres.
