The GOOD Agency has announced that it has appointed Nilesha Chauvet as its managing director.

Nilesha has more than 25 years of industry experience, and has previously worked at agencies including Bates Europe, JWT, Leagas Delaney and The & Partnership.

Gerard Smith, The London Clinic

The London Clinic, an independent charitable hospital, is welcoming a new chief financial officer, as its existing CFO departs after five years in the role.

Gerard Smith joins the executive board of The London Clinic, in replacement of retiring CFO Simon Reiter.

“Arriving from Sermo, a global social network for physicians focused on improving patient outcomes, Smith brings extensive experience to the role, having held international CFO positions within a variety of industries, including at Easynet (BskyB), Acxiom and Dell.

“Simon leaves us on the back of some record breaking results for the charity in 2019. Gerard can now build on this strong platform and is a fantastic fit for us.

**Trevor Davies, Urban Catalyst **

Urban Catalyst, a developer specialising in mixed-use and large-scale regeneration projects, has announced the appointment of Professor Trevor Davies as its chief sustainability adviser.

Trevor has been Director of the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia (UEA) and was a driving force behind the establishment of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research where he was director of international development.

The Tyndall Centre is headquartered at UEA, and includes the universities of Cardiff, Manchester, Newcastle, Sussex as well as Fudan University in Shanghai, China, where Professor Davies was distinguished professor.

Ken Dytor, executive chairman of Urban Catalyst, commented: “Creating places that promote sustainable and healthy living has always been our aim and by having Professor Davies onboard as an adviser we hope to benefit from his immense expertise and knowledge and find real world applications for his research and long-standing interest in carbon reduction to our developments.”

Paul Spencer and Nolan Everard, Revvis

Revvis, a new software application, has announced the appointment of Paul Spencer as its managing director of sales and Nolan Everard as head of operations in the South East.

Paul is based out of London and has been in the property industry for over 25 years. He will lead the sales and brand strategy of revvis to both B2B and B2C markets.

Having worked in this space with national and regional firms, most recently developing prop tech products and strategies, Paul understands first-hand how revvis is a solution to the type of tech and experience needs consumers now have and expect from brands.

Meanwhile, Nolan is well connected in the property industry having worked on high profile acquisitions and disposals in the South for a number of years.

He will help property firms in the South East and across London enhance their customer engagement and importantly increase sales.

Paul commented: “The modern-day house buyer has grown up with technology making this the perfect time for a solution such as revvis to plug into their tech and customer experience expectations.

“We want to be a part of moving the property world from analogue to digital and transforming how the UK views and interacts with properties, becoming an essential element to the house selling and buying process.”
