"Prestigious" Yorkshire housing development complete

A North Yorkshire housing development near Boroughbridge has been completed.

The finishing touches to the prime Priory Meadows development by North Yorkshire-based Caedmon Homes have just been applied.

Bespoke porches, created by Tholthorpe landscape architect Simon Bowler have been added to three flagship houses on the development.

Simon Bowler, architect at Tholthorpe landscape, said: “We have taken great pride in building three porches at Priory Meadows for the three most prestigious properties. The designs are simple and striking, paying homage to traditional carpentry and jointing methods, whilst still being in keeping with the new build architecture.”

As the lockdown eases, the interest in the remaining houses at Priory Meadows has been “phenomenal”, according to marketing agents Preston Baker.
