Yorkshire developer creates 900 jobs with plans for warehousing scheme

A Yorkshire developer has submitted plans today for a new industrial and warehousing scheme that could create 900 new jobs.

Eshton has submitted a planning application to Burnley Borough Council for a 500,000 sq ft industrial and warehousing scheme on Accrington Road, next to the existing Network 65 Business Park.

The £50m Burnley Bridge South development is expected to generate 900 new jobs in addition to the 900+ jobs that Burnley Bridge Business Park has already created.
