Award winning digital agency expands in Hale.
An award winning digital agency has expanded in Hale moving to 124 Ashley Road from 2a Ashfield Road.
Jaw Digital took the last unit in this parade of three properties owned by LMO Properties in this popular Cheshire village. The self-contained office suite, comprising 750 sq ft, has been taken on a 10 year lease.
Wayne Berry, managing director, Jaw Digital, said: “We started the agency in 2014 and have become the UK’s first high street retail digital marketing shop. We have grown year on year and needed to move to facilitate our growing team and client base. Hale is the ideal place to be right now and we cannot wait to see what happens next!”
JAW insist on a fresh and honest approach, providing market leading SEO, social media, web design and eye-catching content – all backed by exhaustive data and analysis that delivers qualified, targeted leads, user-friendly websites and results that match its client’s ambitions.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord, said: “Jaw viewed the property and signed up in three weeks which is certainly a breath of fresh air given the current climate”.
LMO Properties has also just completed the refurbishment of Popular House a character office building to the rear of the properties to create an office business centre providing nine office suites for one to 10 people.
