QA Flooring Solutions agrees 76,000 sq ft lease at Towngate Business Centre

QA Flooring Solutions Ltd (QA) has agreed a six-year lease with Towngate PLC on a newly refurbished 76,000 sq ft industrial unit at Towngate Business Centre, Widnes.

Liverpool-headquartered QA is a leading integrated flooring solutions specialist and will be utilising the space to distribute its innovative flooring and underlay products.

Forming part of the popular Towngate Business Centre, the building benefits from drive and dock level loading, eaves heights of 5-8m, a high voltage power capacity, large yard facility, 24-hour manned site security and modern office accommodation on the ground and first floors.

Robert Smith, managing director, Towngate PLC, added: “We are delighted to welcome QA Flooring Solutions Ltd as permanent residents at Towngate Business Centre. We have known the team for several years, and it is fantastic they have now made Unit 1 their operational home.”

Towngate Business Centre is strategically located close to the A562 with excellent access to the motorway network via the M62, M57 and M56. It is situated close to Widnes, Runcorn, Liverpool and Warrington.
