Construction firm continues growth with contract wins worth €10m
• Fit out projects secured for Fred Perry and Indeed.com • 11,630 sqm of design development and construction work spread across six European cities • Existing client-base includes Five Guys, JD Sports, Tiffany & Co, Mozilla and Booking.com. Pan-European construction firm, Agilité Solutions, is set to support a quintet of global organisations as they expand their footprint across Europe, after being awarded 11,630 sqm of design and fit out projects – worth more than €10 million (£9m).
Having worked on the recent opening of Fred Perry’s latest store in Paris, Agilité Solutions was further appointed to oversee the fit out of a 110 sqm location in Wertheim – near Frankfurt – as well as conduct modifications to the international clothing label’s 120 sqm showroom in Munich.
Indeed.com, the world’s leading job site, has also enrolled the construction firm to lead on developments in Belgium and Germany. The first, in Brussels, is a 1,000 sqm fit out scheme close to the capital’s airport, while the second – spread across two buildings – in Düsseldorf, and involves modifying the organisation’s existing space to enable staff to return following the Coronavirus pandemic.
Although details of three further project wins remain firmly under wraps – due to non-disclosure agreements – they include a €1.1m refurb of a 1,400 sqm office building in the centre of Milan, and the remodelling, modernising, and rebranding of a 2,000 sqm office space in Paris. Both on behalf of international tech giants.
A leading smartphone manufacturer has appointed Agilité Solutions to lead on the complete renovation of an eight-floor, 5,000 sqm building, also in the French capital. The flagship location will boast multi-use offices, a laboratory, sound recording studios and cinema screening rooms, as well as extensive terraces which take in some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Founder and managing director of Agilité Solutions, Neil Coales, said: “There is no denying that the past six months have been incredibly tough for the European construction sector, but hopefully this upturn in project work has signalled the start of the ‘recovery phase’.
“Coronavirus has, undoubtedly, changed the way the world works – and what matters. Developing innovative and environmentally conscious construction is the way the industry is going, with quality and customer experience at its core.
“For many, the days of sourcing the cheapest construction quote are now – thankfully – long gone. The focus now is around offering value for money alongside a service which understands exactly what the client needs, bolstered by strategic relationships throughout the supply chain. It is these genuine partnerships that sees 70% of Agilité Solutions’ project work being repeat customers.”
