Record-Breaking Month Leads To Recruitment at The Buy to Let Broker
Buy to Let mortgage expert, The Buy to Let Broker, has this month announced a new wave of recruitment to expand its specialist team following a record-breaking month in the company’s seven-year history.
Generating nearly £45m in submissions in July, a new monthly volume record, the Southport based firm has now created several new case manager and admin assistant roles to accommodate this increase in demand.
Launched back in 2013, the national brokerage’s already 20-strong team offers specialist mortgage advice in areas such as Buy to Let, HMO, portfolio incorporation and Bridging Finance for landlords across the UK. This string of newly announced roles will support the company’s nine existing mortgage advisors and case management team.
Matthew Rowne, co-director at The Buy to Let Broker, said:
“It is wonderful to announce that we are looking to hire several new case managers and admin assistants to support the immense workload that the team are currently handling. “We have seen an unprecedented increase in enquiries over the last two months and expanding the team will ensure that we continue to deliver the 5-star level of service that we have become known for.” “Recruiting only the finest talent is at our business’s core and having such a close-knit passionate team makes it so important that we find the right people for the job. Anyone interested should know that it is a fast-paced environment that we work in, so they will need to relish that. They should also have an endless well of patience, organisational superpowers and ooze a ‘can-do’ attitude. No robots need apply.”
