Imperium Law benefits from added digital agility

Litigation solicitors, Imperium Law, are benefiting from added digital agility following the implementation of a new, bespoke Cloud-based Hosted Desktop facility from etiCloud.

Experts in financial compensation claims for hearing loss, industrial disease, medical negligence, professional negligence and injuries at work, Imperium Law was founded in 2005 and comprises a dedicated team of solicitors to deliver both legal and technical advice and support.

In preparation for a planned demerger with another law firm in June, the board was keen to maintain and enhance existing digital agility and facilitate remote working.

Commenting on the decision to work with etiCloud, Janine Gurr, director at Imperium Law said: “Historically, whilst our main case management system was internet-based, our internal administrative functions were inaccessible when working away from the office.

“We got in touch with etiCloud to find out what they could provide in terms of a remote desktop solution, one that would be highly cost effective and enable us to support future growth.”

Continues Janine: “They prepared a detailed proposal that exceeded our expectations to include everything we needed and much more, including a 90 Day Money-Back Promise if we weren’t satisfied. We gave the go-head right in the middle of the current pandemic and they pulled out all the stops to provide a smooth transition that allowed our staff to continue to work remotely with minimal disruption.

“etiCloud worked to a very tight timeframe within which our operations needed to transfer and begin to function independently. They went out of their way to ensure this timescale was met.”
