Voneus commits to employee engagement amid rapid growth with new hire

Voneus, the rural community broadband specialist, today announced that Anthony Dacres is joining the company as Head of People and Talent. Dacres will spearhead Voneus’s People Strategy in the newly created position as the company continues to scale rapidly, with a view to fostering strong engagement among employees and encouraging further business growth.

Dacres brings with him over ten years of experience within the people function, a significant proportion of which has been spent managing people and talent at tech start-ups such as Sprout Technologies and Admedo. He joins with a wealth of experience in delivering and managing people programmes that are aligned with growing businesses’ strategic objectives. At Voneus, Dacres will be responsible for talent acquisition as well as learning development and employee experience, helping new and current members of staff to thrive at every stage of their employment while Voneus continues to expand into new areas, such as fibre deployment to its rural communities.
