Wright Engineering has partnered with BuddyCRM following the completion of an exclusive UK distribution agreement with German company, Gurte
Based in North Nottinghamshire, Wright Engineering prides itself at being at the forefront of cutting-edge design, fabrication and installation solutions and undertakes complex engineering projects on behalf of its international client base.
The company has made an excellent start with demand for Gurtec products rapidly increasing following the announcement of the agreement. Due to the anticipated volume of sales in the coming months, the company required a tested and effective CRM solution to manage customer relationships and drive product sales. After a lengthy process of selection, the company chose the BuddyCRM on the basis of its superior design and functionality along with many other benefits and an outstanding system support package.
Ben Doxey, Sales Engineer of Wright Engineering, commented ’It was a real coup to secure the distribution agreement with Gurtec. Consequently, there was a strong need to implement a CRM system and having done extensive research and received various recommendations, it was determined that the best option was BuddyCRM. The system is easy to use and we are now able attend sites quickly and supply our clients with dedicated UK support at all times.
I want to thank Adam and the team at BuddyCRM who have provided an excellent service from initial enquiry to system demonstrations and all way up to software implementation - we look forward to working with BuddyCRM for foreseeable future’
With proven experience in the engineering and construction sectors, we are delighted to have secured a new partnership with Wright Engineering and look forward to working closely with Ben and the team in integrating a CRM solution that will enable the firm to drive continued growth and establish themselves as the UK’s distributor for Gurtec Conveyor Components.“
Despite the challenge presented by COVID-19, BuddyCRM is working with an increasing number of businesses within the engineering and construction sector, focused on driving growth in the wake of the current pandemic.
