Yorkshire car fragrance company to expand into US with job-creating fulfilment centres
A Yorkshire car fragrance brand has announced that it is expanding into the US at the beginning of next month.
Carfume will begin operating in the US from 5 October, with new fulfilment centres in Salt Lake City and Philadelphia.
The launch into the US will see Carfume provide car fragrances across the entire country, and will create several job roles in the US fulfilment centres as well as additional support staff in the UK.
The company is also aiming to expand into Australia and New Zealand, with launches scheduled for January 2021.
James Weller, brand and marketing director, commented:“As a British business we’re incredibly proud to be expanding.
“It’s an exciting time for us and our customers - we couldn’t be more grateful for their support, particularly during a difficult year for people all around the world.
“Our customers will be able to visit carfume.com, where they will be redirected to the relevant online shop for your country.
“We’ll soon be launching into new territories so sign-up to our newsletter to receive updates and offers.”
