Leading UK property investment company, RWinvest, to open new Manchester office with new jobs and millions in new residential investment
Leading UK property investment company, RWinvest, has today (Monday 28 September 2020) announced that it is expanding operations to Manchester.
The award-winning firm, which specialises in buy to let investments on prominent residential developments, has successfully delivered over £1billion into the UK investment market since launching in 2004.
The investment business currently operates from offices in London and Liverpool but will open a new office at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays next month to support increased work with its development partners, including prominent North-West developer Legacie Developments, in Manchester.
Twenty new jobs will be created at RWinvest’s new Manchester base whilst the company, together with its development partners, will be investing £250million in the city and creating 200 full-time construction jobs over the next five years.
Julian Ramsden, director at RWinvest, said:
“We are incredibly excited to be expanding and increasing RWinvest’s presence in Greater Manchester. Our new base at MediaCityUK will see the creation of a significant number of new jobs over the next 5 years and will help us to attract millions in investment for a variety of forthcoming developments, such as Merchant’s Wharf which we just launched in Salford Quays. Our investment is great news for Greater Manchester and comes after one of our busiest trading periods to date.”
Sascha Hamm, co-director at RWinvest, added:
“RWinvest is always thinking about the long-term. Our developments will not only provide long-term employment opportunities throughout Greater Manchester but will also deliver long-term investments to our clients who can capitalise for years to come on their property purchase. The Manchester market is performing really well right now. We’re seeing high rental yields and a 17.1% increase in house prices predicted over the next 5 years, so it’s a great time to be opening our new office and increasing our presence in the city.”
Lewis Francis, who will be managing RWinvest’s new Manchester office, said:
“The population in Manchester is going to double in the next 5 years, so new housing and apartments are in high demand throughout the area. Our new developments in Manchester will provide luxury accommodation for young professionals and families, and the new Manchester office at MediaCityUK will be a great base for meeting investors and showing them around our exciting new properties.”
