New fitness studio opens in Timperley
A private PT Studio has opened within Charles Court, a local shopping parade in the popular Cheshire village of Timperley.
CM Fitness has taken a self-contained ground floor unit comprising 500 sq ft at 256B Stockport Road on a three year lease at a rent of £7,000 per annum.
Charlotte Mack, owner, CM Fitness, said: “This unit met our criteria of being able to offer the ideal judgement free space and to provide 1-2-1 sessions, group training and small classes. It is an ideal location in Timperley Village and we are looking forward to welcoming old and new clients”.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who manage Charles Court on behalf of the landlord Taylor Anderson Developments, said: “This is a much sought after parade and we had plenty of enquiries for this unit, which became available due to the previous tenant’s expansion and was let without any void”.
