Leeds property investor leases city centre units to two new businesses

A Leeds property investor has announced that it has leased city centre space to two businesses and created eight new jobs.

Town Centre Securities (TCS), has secured the new lettings at its Vicar Lane scheme, which sits between Victoria Quarter and Victoria Gate in Leeds City Centre.

Nomad, a fashion and jewellery retailer, is creating 5 new jobs as it moves into a 3,653 sq ft unit in the basement, ground and first floors at 84-86 Vicar Lane.

Hairitage Barbers has agreed a 10 year lease at 6 Eastgate, taking space over the basement and ground floors, creating 3 new jobs.
