Indoor karting company creates jobs with new £1.1m Watford venue
An indoor karting operator has created more than 20 jobs with the opening of its new £1.1m venue in Watford.
TeamSport Indoor Karting has opened its new ‘state of the art’ centre on Greatham Road Industrial Estate in Bushey, recruiting 21 people to its team.
The roles are a mixture of full-time permanent positions, as well as part time jobs, including several senior positions.
These new employees will work in both TeamSport Watford and Putt Club Crazy Golf, a new 9 hole motorsport themed crazy golf course operated by TeamSport, which is opening in the same complex.
Dominic Gaynor, CEO of TeamSport Indoor Karting and Putt Club Crazy Golf, said: “We’re delighted to have opened our 35th track in Watford and it’s particularly rewarding to be able to provide new jobs in such a challenging time.
“Our existing four tracks in Greater London see some of our highest visitor numbers and opening a track in Watford has been an aspiration for some time.
“The opening of our second Putt Club crazy golf course will also bring a new and exciting leisure experience to Watford, it’s definitely the place to go for the ultimate fun day out with friends or family.”
