A mixed use freehold building at 16 Bridgewater Road, Lymm, Cheshire has been acquired by Mansion House for an undisclosed sum.
The three storey property comprising 4,000 sq ft of A3 and residential accommodation was sold with vacant possession by a private individual.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who acted on behalf of the buyer, said: “This opportunity came to market around 2018 for £550,000 and an opportunity arose to acquire the property off-market at value.
