Sky's first retail shop opens doors in Liverpool ONE
On Monday 26 October, Sky’s first bricks-and-mortar retail shop opened its doors at Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE.
The new 1,800 sq ft shop on South John Street brings Sky’s leading customer service and innovative pay TV, mobile and broadband products to the UK high street, under one roof, for the first time.
The shops will offer shoppers a chance to try out Sky’s latest products, get assistance from Sky’s in-shop advisors and enjoy interactive experiences at the ‘Access All Areas’ stage.*
Alison Clegg, Director, Asset Management, Grosvenor Europe, commented: “At Liverpool ONE we understand the evolving importance of bricks-and-mortar spaces to brands, as reflected in the flagship and debut sites we are securing with exciting retailers such as Sky. We fully support the experiential and innovative store format which Sky has delivered and are excited to be involved in the introduction of this new concept for our customers.”
The opening of Sky follows a series of recent retail commitments at Liverpool ONE, including the unveiling of a debut concept for Kenji, the opening of iconic British toy emporium Hamleys, and a five-year lease renewal for David M Robinson’s luxury jewellery boutique, also on South John Street.
CBRE and Metis acted for Liverpool ONE. Colliers International represented Sky.
