Canary Wharf development sees high demand for space despite pandemic
The owner of a new development in London has announced that it has sold nearly 30 per cent of its space despite the pandemic.
Notting Hill Genesis’ new development, Aspect Apartments in Canary Wharf, consists of 26 one-bedroom apartments.
The development is in Zone 2, with reports showing the demand for housing in the area has risen by 42 per cent in the past year.
James Munson, head of marketing at Notting Hill Genesis, commented: “Situated on the edge of Canary Wharf, the development benefits from being well connected to more central parts of London whilst also enjoying serene settings along the River Thames nearby.
“We launched Aspect Apartments earlier this year and it has been fantastic to see how well they have been received, our buyers are really impressed with the layouts, specification and private outside space.
“I recommend that buyers book a virtual tour or in person viewing to experience these apartments as part of their home search.”
