Jeremy Bondy, Vungle

Vungle, a leading mobile ad and in-app monetisation platform, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Bondy as CEO.

Jeremy, who joined Vungle in 2014, has held a number of senior sales and operational roles at the company, most recently as COO.

During his tenure, Bondy has been responsible for setting up and scaling Vungle’s global commercial organisation, establishing seasoned and tenured teams in Berlin, London, Beijing, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles.

Lara Markham, Zoe Jackson and May Sulaiman, Graphite Capital

Graphite Capital, a mid-market private equity specialist, has made one promotion and two new appointments to strengthen further its investment team.

Lara Markham has been promoted to investment director. Since joining Graphite in 2017, she has worked on a variety of transactions in multiple sectors.

Lara was previously with OC&C Strategy Consulting where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy across consumer, business services and the TMT sectors.

Graphite has also appointed Zoe Jackson investment executive and May Sulaiman investment manager.

Zoe joined Graphite in June from Barclays Investment Bank where she worked in the UK mergers and acquisitions team, primarily covering business services, TMT and the consumer sectors. She has been working on new transactions including Graphite’s latest investment, Ten10, a leading UK software quality assurance and testing services provider.

May joined Graphite in September from CDC Group, a development finance institution, where she focused on private equity transactions in the financial services sector.

Previously she was a part of the mergers and acquisitions team at RBC Capital Markets.

Fred Satow, Quantuma

Business advisory firm Quantuma has appointed Fred Satow as director at its London office as it continues its expansion.

Fred has gained over 30 years of experience in the restructuring and insolvency arenas, at a range of Big 4, top 20 and boutique firms.

Most recently, he was a director at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, where he acted as joint administrator and liquidator for a number of major cases, including Wimbledon Development Finance Limited, which resulted in the successful collection of £7m in loans.

Fred has also worked as an expert witness throughout his career, regularly acting in professional negligence and other insolvency-related cases, including a recent case with Clyde & Co, which saw another law firm face a very substantial claim.

He commented: “Quantuma’s growth over the last few years is incredibly impressive, and I’m pleased to be joining the company at pivotal point in its journey.

“It is a difficult trading environment for many businesses across the UK and my goal will be to provide the best advice and support to those who are struggling during these incredibly difficult times.”

Suzanne Aplin, Weston Homes

Housebuilder Weston Homes has announced the appointment of Suzanne Aplin as group sales and marketing director.

Suzanne joins Weston Homes from City & Country where she worked for the past five years as sales and marketing director.

She will manage the sales and marketing of the group’s sizeable development portfolio which includes 20 current active sites.

Suzanne commented: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the group at a pivotal and exciting time for the business which has a highly diverse range of schemes, from traditional residential developments to large-scale, mixed-use urban regeneration projects.

“Our new generation of marketing suites and product will set benchmarks for quality in their local marketplaces.”

Ian Fergusson, Dominvs Group

Dominvs Group, a London-based property developer, has appointed Ian Fergusson as its new planning director.

Ian was previously with Barton Willmore, where he promoted residential, mixed-use, co-living, and commercial developments.

Having previously spent more than 10 years at Turley, he has advised housebuilders, institutional investors and pension funds, as well as niche developers and landowners across all sizes and types of scheme.

At Dominvs, he will be responsible for setting planning strategies, delivering planning application schemes, and identifying new opportunities for growth across the full range of property classes.

Ian commented: “I’m thrilled to be joining Dominvs Group at this time. The company is bringing together an amazing top-calibre team, and I’m looking forward to working on the vast range of projects in the Dominvs pipeline as well as being involved from the very start of the development process.”
