Tech provider plugs in six-figure ServiceNow automation to support client customer experience
Solutionize Global has joined forces with Whyaye to roll-out a ServiceNow® Customer Service Management platform – in a £150,000-plus investment – to provide operational excellence with streamlined processes and smarter digital workflows.
The technology solutions and services provider has integrated the first stage of ServiceNow’s latest platform release, which is designed to help enterprises drive growth, strengthen company continuity strategies and enhance employee productivity.
As organisations continue to be challenged to remain agile and resilient during economic flux, ServiceNow’s platform will support all three of Solutionize Global’s service desk functions to operate efficiently – but still utilise the same common service data model and back-end workflow – and provide a more tailored customer experience.
Teaming up with North East-based consultancy Whyaye – which has helped to strategically roll-out the Now Platform® Paris release – the business processes platform further supports Solutionize Global’s new SD-WAN managed service that’s set to be unveiled in November.
“This collaboration project truly represents how we intend to keep growing our product portfolio and further support our clients’ strategic growth,” said Martin Blunn, chief technology officer for Yorkshire-headquartered Solutionize Global.
“Working alongside Whyaye and ServiceNow has been a pleasure. This cross-cities partnership – with partners that are aligned to our own values – represents our continued commitment and investment to enhancing the customer experience throughout the UK.” It is the first time that Solutionize Global – a £43 million turnover firm and Dell Technologies gold partner – has worked with fellow northern-based firm Whyaye, a consultancy and ServiceNow implementation specialist.
Chris Pope, global vice president of innovation for ServiceNow, said: “I have been fortunate to work with Solutionize Global and Whyaye from the very early stages of this project.
“It’s been refreshing and energising to work with such knowledgeable practitioners who have a meticulous focus on the outcomes for their customers and employees alike.” Commenting on the next stages of the collaboration, Whyaye’s product and platform assurance specialist James Edge, added: “This signals the start of a mutually beneficial partnership. We’re looking forward to exploring how the tool can further simplify and automate Solutionize Global’s business process services and enable the team to support more customer growth.”
