London-Based Social Enterprise Launches Consultancy to Help Businesses Connect with Generation Z
A London-based social enterprise has launched a specialist consultancy arm of the business, to help organisations connect directly with Generation Z and cultivate societal change.
Founded by young entrepreneur Jenk Oz, Thred Media’s consultancy offering enables brands and businesses to learn more about Gen Z and social change issues, validate their own business decisions, develop new content, and amplify growth in key areas.
The company owns a far-reaching network of Gen Z influencers, activists, entrepreneurs, and social media communities. Now, businesses can tap directly into this audience as well as Thred Media’s panel of experts to learn more about Generation Z and the benefits of cultivating social change within their own organisations.
The Thred Media team hold the core belief that corporate social responsibility should not be an add-on feature or a seasonal campaign to drive sales, it’s a vital ongoing corporate operating system for businesses.
Founder and CMO of Thred Media, Jenk Oz commented:“The faster brands realise this, the better chance they will have of surviving economic downturns, developing and retaining fully ‘invested’ employees, and ultimately, gaining share of mind and long term share of wallet of the consumer.
As an example, 40 per cent consumers worldwide are Gen Z, with an aggregate hard and soft spending power of almost $5 trillion. Tapping into that audience is a must to help businesses thrive.“
Headquartered in London, Thred Media has a team of eight in-house Generation Z consultants and experts including editors, writers, social media content specialists, production professionals, graphic designers and client partners.
Jenk Oz continues:“Great companies - those with sustained, standout success – recognise they need to tap into data driven insights to make powerful business decisions. As a generation, Gen Z wields great influence and is undeniably impacting the way in which businesses are communicating with their customers, across the globe.
Now, we want to be able to share this knowledge and expertise with businesses who are looking to unlock their own social purpose and understand how they can benefit from becoming champions of social change. The importance of this expands beyond business profits - it is fundamental for a healthy economy, job creation, and consistent innovation.
Our vision is to support businesses in discovering their potential by enabling them to get much closer to Gen Z by providing education, content production and access to up-to-the-minute first-hand data“.
