Crises Control named in Gartner Market Guide for emergency mass notification solutions

Crises Control, the mass notification and incident management platform, has been named as a key vendor in the latest Gartner Market Guide for Emergency Mass Notification Solutions, released on 25 November.

This is the first time that Crises Control has appeared in a Garter Market Guide, which this year has recognised the growth in adoption of the platform, its continued technical evolution, and the aid it has provided to business owners and employees during the Covid-19 crisis, many of whom have been pushed to a WFH (Work From Home) environment for the very first time.

Crises Control currently offer an award-winning product which enables secure and private multi-channel mass communications platform and app, which can be used to execute important announcements; an incident management platform, to provide full visibility of certain events, in real-time on an incident dashboard, and, a panic button for staff and travellers, to ensure all employees are kept safe during an incident or crisis, such as during the pandemic.

The Gartner Market Guide covers crisis and emergency management solutions that orchestrate and manage tasks, resources, communications, collaboration and data during a crisis. It recommends that security and risk management leaders responsible for crisis management should deploy solutions to facilitate command and control before and during a crisis.

Shalen Sehgal, Managing Director of Crises Control, said: “To be shortlisted in this gold standard Gartner market guide is recognition of the progress that the Crises Control team continues to make. Its caps a challenging but successful year for us during which we have pressed on through the Covid-19 lockdown to grow our customer base by over 150%.

“The Crises Control Covid-19 pandemic toolkits, which we launched back in February 2020, was one of our key responses to the pandemic and allowed our customers across the globe to prepare their own businesses to mitigate and respond to the subsequent disruptions that they faced.”
