“With its new consumer focused Board and leadership team, Hilding Anders is a stand-out in the industry, combining a strong heritage with an appetite for data driven agility.”

Henrik Sjögren, CEO at Hilding Anders, said: “The appointment of Jason is a major milestone for our business. He brings a wealth of digital transformation and online brand experience.

“We’ve made huge strides over the past year in particular thanks to the hard work of Yopa’s business owners and staff.

“We’ve grown our market share to reach the top five estate agency brands in the UK, helped our agents to grow their businesses and earnings, and seen significant progress in financial performance. As a result, we have been cash generating since April 2020.

“This is an outstanding achievement given the challenges our industry faced at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, but proves the resilience of our model and our determination to succeed.

“I look forward to working with our business owners and staff to further Yopa’s growth into 2021 and beyond.”
