Yorkshire industrial distribution centre completes in time for Christmas
A Yorkshire industrial distribution centre has been completed just in time for Christmas.
Trebor Developments and Hillwood have finished construction on the 411,470 sq ft Gateway 4 speculative industrial unit in Doncaster.
The unit comes with parking for cars and HGVs, electric charging stations, and offices on the 25-acre site at Armthorpe near Junction 4 of the M18.
The development is one of the few immediately available large-scale industrial developments in the whole of Northern England. It is expected to accommodate either distribution or manufacturing uses.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, said: “It is fantastic to see the Gateway 4 building completed.
“We are delighted with the range of interest we have received in relation to the building to date and given the competitive terms on offer, together with the quality of development, we are confident that the building will not remain available for long.”
