Design and marketing experts Think Creative Studio look to build on client wins
A leading Black Country design and marketing agency is preparing for a busy 2021 after overcoming the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to secure growth.
Think Creative Studio, based in Stuart Works, Stourbridge, is gearing up for a busy 12 months with several new clients on board.
With 10 staff, Think Creative Studio is billed as “a dynamic team of creatives and strategists with a genuine passion for great design and superb customer service”.
Established in 1994 by owner Simon Grigg, the company’s services encompass all aspects of the marketing mix from brand identity, to point of sale, packaging, exhibitions, print and digital media.
Like many businesses, Think Creative Studio adapted to the pressures of COVID-19, changing working practices during the lockdowns and the introduction of social distancing measures.
Recognising the impact upon live face to face interactions for clients, the business is now providing online conferencing facilities with a dedicated studio equipped with a secure fixed line connection as well as professional lighting, graphics and sound.
Think Creative Studio have also undertaken major place-making projects, fitting large-format graphics in factories, schools, colleges and offices across the UK which helped clients reorganise their environments in the aftermath of the pandemic.
Despite the challenging economic environment, new clients in the food and beverage, education, industrial and financial services sectors have come on board for services.
Having consciously built a broad client base to grow expertise and widen horizons for the team, Think Creative Studio has worked with household names alongside smaller privately owned companies.
Simon Grigg is looking forward to building on the progress of 2020. He said: “As with many businesses across the country, 2020 presented some unique challenges that required a creative and proactive approach. We are delighted that we move into 2021 with positivity and insight.
“We have secured new business, which remains vital to continue to grow our company, while continuing to serve the varied portfolio of clients who work with us to achieve their marketing, branding and design objectives. During the initial COVID crisis, we were in constant contact with clients to understand their individual situations and offer flexibility as we all adapted.
“We hope we will not see a repeat of the sudden shocks to public health and knock-on impact upon the economy but having got through the challenges of last year we feel stronger for meeting the needs of clients during further uncertainty.”
Director of operations Fran Grigg said: “We are always looking for new ways of working and will continue to innovate on behalf of clients, especially given the difficulties which COVID has placed on life. Innovation remains vital to our business, so we look forward to delivering successful new work during the year ahead.”
