BrightCloud Group shortlisted at industry awards

Following on from a challenging year for many within the industry, BrightCloud Group, the Leeds-based contact centre and customer experience specialist, has been named as one of the finalists at the upcoming 2020 Comms Business Awards.

BrightCloud Group is one of just four companies to have been shortlisted in the ICT Enterprise Solution category, the winner of which will be unveiled on 19th January 2021 during a virtual award ceremony.

To achieve the shortlisting, BrightCloud Group demonstrated its capability in delivering a multi-faceted solution that unifies telephony functionalities to deliver one of the best customer experiences and enhance customer engagement.

This news follows on from a busy period for BrightCloud Group, which recently launched the newest version of their customer experience optimisation solution CCBox, whilst also becoming Europe’s first Cloud Contact Centre Managed Service Platform utilising Cisco Webex technology to integrate with Microsoft Teams through their BCSquared platform.
