New "local is best" Fulham restaurant set for March opening
A London hospitality team has announced that it is opening a new restaurant in Fulham.
Luke Wasserman, Toby Neill and Johnnie Crowe, the team behind Hackney restaurant NEST, are set to open a new seasonal British restaurant FENN on Wandsworth Bridge Road, Fulham.
The restaurant is set to open in March, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and “creative produce-driven” cooking.
It will also be supporting the local art scene, with FENN featuring pieces from artists in the area commissioned exclusively for the restaurant.
Toby Neill, founder of FENN, commented: “I’m looking forward to opening the doors to FENN and bringing a taste of what we do at NEST to West London.
“It’s been a tough few months but we’re excited to finally be opening the doors and getting back to what we do best.
Co-founder Johnnie added: “We’ve worked so hard to create great relationships with farmers and local producers over the past four years and I can’t wait for FENN to open to be able showcase it.”
