London development firm plans to transform "iconic" Victorian building with £4m acquisition
A London development and investment company has announced that it has acquired a “historic” Victorian building in a deal worth nearly £4m.
Kinrise, based in the capital, has acquired the Citadel building in Birmingham from Lasalle Investment Management for £3.89m.
The company is planning to transform the Victiorian building into 46,000 sq ft of office and retail space.
Kinrise was launched in 2015 and recently completed the redevelopment of 34 Boar Lane in Leeds.
