Norton Finance Awarded Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award For The Second Year Running
Rotherham based loans broker, Norton Finance, has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second consecutive year. The Trusted Service Awards are presented to businesses who consistently provide exceptional service to customers year on year. To be awarded Platinum status businesses must have won the Gold Trusted Service Award for three or more years in succession. Norton Finance had successfully achieved this for four successive years. The awards are based on customer reviews. To achieve a Gold standard, businesses must have at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, and achieved a minimum service rating of 4.5. Mark Stringer, Director of Norton Finance, said: “Being awarded the Feefo Platinum Service Award for the second-year running is a huge honour, especially as the awards are based on our customers reviews. We strive to always provide exceptional customer service at Norton Finance, and this award is wonderful recognition of all the hard work everyone puts in day in day out.”
