Hallam appointed as digital marketing agency for three national brand
Hallam, a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency, is pleased to announce it has secured three significant full-service retainers of nationwide brands.
The business, which was crowned as the Best Large Integrated Agency at the 2020 European Search Awards, has signed long-term contracts with WatchPilot, a world-leading watch retailer in the UK and USA market, Catering24, considered the UK’s number one catering supplier, and Boots Hearingcare, the country’s leading hearing care provider.
Hallam will be delivering full digital marketing and creative services for all three brands, in line with its commitment to integrated marketing, which continues to grow from strength-to-strength and has been highlighted as a primary factor in its recent tender wins.
The agency can also report that it has secured other notable tenders in the final months of 2020; partnering with Conosco, Robinson Packaging, The Prince’s Trust, and Radleys.
Implemented towards the end of last year, Project Unity brings all of the different functions of the agency - SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR, Social Media, Creative, Technical, and Data - together under a strategic umbrella that focuses entirely on how they can collaboratively achieve a client’s business and marketing objectives.
Speaking about the recent client wins, Jake Third, managing director at Hallam, said: “Project Unity was not a document or a process, but a whole new company philosophy implemented to transform Hallam’s approach to new business and win client tenders that it wouldn’t have been in a position to do so just 12 months before.
“Not only has this transformation proven successful for our clients, but it has also evolved the agency. Achieving that is a challenge to begin with, but doing so while continuing to earn revenue following the impact of the pandemic, is a fantastic feat. By bringing everyone together, we’ve been able to prove the value of what we do.
“We’re incredibly excited to be working with WatchPilot, Catering24, and Boots Hearingcare. These three brands have all got huge ambitions for the future and we’re looking forward to helping them achieve that during 2021 and beyond.”
Jack Dinmore, head of digital at Boots Hearingcare, said: “From the moment we spoke to the team at Hallam, we knew they were going to be the right digital marketing partner for us. The agency’s strategic and integrated approach really shone through during an exceptional pitch and we came away excited by how their team could support Boots Hearingcare’s ambitions for the future.”
Ollie Lloyd, director at Catering24, added: “Historically, the hospitality, events, and catering industry has been very traditional, but our businesses believe digital is going to become a key driver in the near future. Hallam have been experts in the field for a number of years now, renowned for the quality of the work and service they provide. We saw and were excited by their expertise when we initially spoke with their team and believe they are the right partner for us in our goal to stand out in the market.”
