CloudStratex Announces Permanent Appointment of Duncan Docherty As ServiceNow Practice Lead

Award winning global operational integration solutions and services provider, CloudStratex, has announced the permanent appointment of Duncan Docherty as its ServiceNow Practice Lead.

Renowned for transforming how businesses leverage next generation technologies, CloudStratex was elevated to ServiceNow Premier Partner status in early 2020, thanks to its deep knowledge of the platform and pioneering delivered services approach. Since this time, ServiceNow has invited the London-based tech firm to speak at their annual “Now at Work” European conference, and even accredited them as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Product Line Specialists.

As an internationally recognised ITSM Service Management Consultant with almost a decade of dedicated ServiceNow experience, Duncan was therefore the natural choice to join CloudStratex’s leadership team and its mission to revolutionise the world of work. He has a track record of implementing high-quality solutions based on ITIL best practice across a broad range of Industry towers and challenging geographies.

Recently, Duncan has had the vision and drive to successfully transform distressed, customised ServiceNow implementations into mission-critical systems delivering immense value to their customers.

In his role Duncan will continue to have complete ownership over CloudStratex’s ServiceNow capability, including the development of its ServiceNow Partner status. This will also include the management of new and existing clients, ensuring they receive a first-class enablement solution for their ServiceNow platform, and have a bespoke team in place to meet their individual needs
