NG brokers deal for accident repair group to motor into Nottingham
One of the UK’s premier accident repair groups is set to open a Nottingham base after a property deal brokered by commercial property specialists NG Chartered Surveyors.
Solus will move into Chilwell Meadows, after NG sealed a deal on behalf of its private landlord client.
The new Nottingham outlet will be Solus’s 20th in the UK and the first in the East Midlands.
Jude Weston, Director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “Dealing with the letting and management side of this property has meant a proactive and smooth transition for both our client and the new tenant.
“We used our market knowledge to ensure that the property was vacant for a minimal period, cutting down on void costs for our client.
“It’s great to see the industrial sector so buoyant in the region, and I’d like to extend my welcome to Solus to the East Midlands.”
