Everyday Loans voted best non-mainstream loan provider for second year in a row
Bourne End-based Everyday Loans has just won the prestigious Non-Mainstream Loan Provider of the Year award in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2021 at a virtual ceremony.
It’s the second consecutive year that the company - the UK’s largest non-standard branch-based lender of unsecured loans - has scooped the title.
It’s a particularly significant accolade as it combines honest customer nominations and feedback with stringent assessment of the company’s financial services data by Moneyfacts’ expert judges - revealing which providers and financial products are truly best in class.
Having met the most stringent assessment criteria of Moneyfacts’ research team - who drilled down into the small print of the lender’s product range to assess its strengths and weaknesses - Everyday Loans’ 76,000 borrowers were then asked to inform judges of their customer service experience through an online questionnaire.
Everyday Loans’ Director Andrew Wayland said: “We’re a customer-centric business with branch-based relationship lending at the very heart of what we do. Needless to say, we’re delighted that the quality of our products and services has been recognised by some of the UK’s leading finance experts, as well as so many of our borrowers across our nationwide network of 74 branches.
“To receive such a respected award – and to have been shortlisted with so many other big brands in our category - really is rewarding. I’d like to thank all of those customers who took time to vote for us. They consistently tell how they benefit from the ongoing face-to-face meetings and support we provide, and it’s great for this to be recognised with this award.
“And I’d also like to congratulate the 300-plus team here at Everyday Loans for their hard work and ongoing commitment to customer service and satisfaction. You’re doing a great job.”
