Leeds transformation consultancy acquired as international group expands UK presence
An international professional services company has announced that it has acquired a Yorkshire digital consultancy as it expands its UK presence.
Accenture, which is based in America and Ireland, has acquired cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but it is expected to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the UK.
