Arcus Global appoints Charlotte Fionda as Head of Marketing

Arcus Global, a leading cloud service provider to the public sector, has appointed Charlotte Fionda as Head of Marketing. She will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and communications aimed at building brand awareness and driving growth.

As part of her role she will also support sales and oversee customer retention strategies. Arcus Global has extensive experience delivering cloud based products and applications to the public sector, with St Albans City & District Council, Isle of Anglesey County Council and the Home Office amongst its customers.

With over 20 years of B2B, consumer and NFP marketing experience Charlotte has a wide-ranging skill set and has operated at a senior level in a variety of sectors. A large part of her career though, has been focussed on the technology sector. She has worked for new tech start-ups as well as established brands like Nokia. Charlotte has successfully managed CRM programmes, delivered many integrated communications campaigns, taken companies through full re-brands, been involved in large-scale event organisation and political lobbying activity. She also recently added to her skill set by achieving her Institute of Data & Marketing Professional Diploma.

Commenting on her appointment, Charlotte said: “It is a really exciting time to be joining Arcus. It is apparent that everyone in the team has a real passion and drive to transform service delivery for our customers and their citizens. With the last year serving to highlight the real importance of public services, the shift in demand from legacy IT to dynamic digital solutions is high. Arcus have a raft of local and central government customers who are leading the charge. I think we are really well placed to profile our significant experience and expertise in the sector and take things to the next level.”
