Business space agency concludes three North London lettings

A UK business space company has announced that it has concluded three lettings in North London.

Glenny’s Business Space Agency has acted on behalf of Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) to complete three deals for five and ten year leases at The Grid in Enfield.

The company has agreed on a five year lease for ecommerce trading agency Vyper Industries, which will be taking 6,808 sq ft, and two ten year leases for Matz Medical for 11,788 sq ft across the estate.

The Grid is an industrial and warehouse development located within the Brimsdown Industrial Area.

Jeffrey Prempeh, associate in the Business Space Agency team, commented: “These deals support our confidence in the logistics sector which has proven its resilience over the last 12 months.

“Quality industrial space in strategic locations like Enfield attract a high number of leasing enquiries and with supply levels already stretched, we don’t expect the remaining two units on the estate to hang around for long.”
