Europe's largest telehealth provider expands C-Suite with four new appointments as it ramps up its technological innovation

HealthHero, Europe’s largest telehealth provider, has appointed four new people to its leadership team as it builds on its recent stratospheric growth.

Newly appointed Chief People officer Carmelita Lubos brings the wealth of her 25 years’ experience to her role at HealthHero. She joins the company from leading media company GroupM where she was Chief People Officer. Prior to that she served as Global L&D and Talent Management Director at Deliveroo, and Global Director of Talent Management at Burberry. Lubos is adept at rolling out major culture and engagement initiatives across organisations in addition to a range of L&D programmes that upskill people leaders across the globe.

New Chief Product Officer Daniele Beccari brings 20 years of product leadership experience in entrepreneurial and corporate ventures, where he launched and scaled B2C and B2B platforms in online travel, digital advertising and corporate spend management, reaching millions of users around the world. Most recently he was Chief Product Officer of Evaneos, a Paris based travel marketplace. Previously, Daniele served in global roles with SAP Concur, Criteo and Amadeus.

Deepak Jha, HealthHero’s new VP of Strategic Projects and Solutions, has 22 years of experience in designing and simplifying operating models and running scaled business and IT operations at Fortune 500 system integrators: Cognizant and Accenture, FTSE-100 companies: TUI and Whitbread and Venture Capital funded high growth businesses: isango! and IMImobile. Deepak’s experience will be key to make sure HealthHero is marrying the best of digital convenience with a human approach that is intuitive to use for both the patient and the practitioner. Chief Commercial Officer Ian McVey joins from tech powerhouses Qualtrics, Interxion and Microsoft heading up the Enterprise departments. Prior to joining the tech sector Ian was a strategy consultant. Ian has a deep understanding of customer-driven tech development and sales which he will use to drive further organic growth for HealthHero.
