Yorkshire fulfilment firm increases turnover by nearly 50% in six months
A Yorkshire fulfilment and mail firm has announced that its turnover has increased by nearly 50 per cent over the past six months.
The Flow Group, based in Brighouse, has seen a “rapid” increase in turnover, with a 46 per cent rise over the last six months compared with the same period last year.
This follows the group’s completion of its merger with Mr Flyer, and it says that it has seen enquiries for pick and pack fulfilment services triple.
Andrew Robinson, head of sales and marketing at The Flow Group, commented: “As everyone will agree, the last 12 months have been like no other”.
“During each lockdown period, our clients have been initially cautious, but after things have settled, many firms have grasped the opportunity to reach out to their target audience.
“Given that most people are working from home and therefore, more responsive to their marketing campaigns, especially within the B2C sector.
“For some firms, it’s very much business as usual. We are really fortunate that we are able to contribute to the growth and sustainability of our clients, especially during these challenging times.”
