Conosco appoints new CEO
Conosco, one of the UK’s leading managed service providers, has appointed growth expert Luca Pepere as its new CEO, replacing Anders Reeves who will be joining his own cyber security start-up.
Reeves, who has led the company to win some of its biggest contracts since his appointment as CEO in 2017, will be working alongside Pepere during the next few months to ensure a seamless transition.
The move will be effective from 1st May, however Pepere has already assumed the role as Chairman at the IT support and services company.
Pepere brings with him a wealth of experience in leading high growth technology companies into multi-product, international businesses.
He founded ASP Dexterus in 2000, which morphed into infrastructure MSP DXI Networks, and eventually became the foundation of Redcentric, one of the UK’s leading quoted MSPs. He later founded contact centre SaaS DXI Limited, now part of 8x8 Inc, the leading unified communication provider.
Pepere also has over 20 years’ experience advising C-suite executives on corporate and business development, among others, helping BT to develop its Infrastructure as a Service proposition.
Commenting on his appointment, Pepere said: “I am honoured to be joining Conosco, and very much look forward to leading the company’s next stage building on the great work done by Anders. I’ve admired the work Conosco does for a long time. The team’s passion for creating outstanding client experiences strongly aligns with my own vision. I am joining at an exciting time with many businesses undergoing digital transformation and we remain focussed on creating technology solutions that deliver ever-increasing value for our clients, allowing them to maximise the benefits of their IT investments and giving them a competitive edge.”
