Chilango launches in Brighton
The vibrancy, fun and flavour of Mexican inspired restaurant Chilango has landed in Brighton, as its latest vibrant kitchen opened last week from the Deliveroo Editions kitchen based Saxon Works, Olive Road, Hove.
Chilango’s Brighton kitchen is part of the latest in a string of openings in partnership with Deliveroo with this being the 4th kitchen launched during lockdown to meet the huge shift of consumers moving to takeaway ordering during the pandemic. During this period Chilango successfully launched three delivery kitchens in Battersea, Blackwall, and Reading. The new vibrant kitchen will deliver an unrivalled menu made up of burritos, boxes, salads. Chilango Burritos were also announced by Deliveroo as their top 4th Top Trending Dish in the UK in 2020.
Richard Franks, Managing Director said: “We are very excited to open our fourth vibrant delivery kitchen in collaboration with Deliveroo. We have seen such great success since opening our first kitchen in June 2020. Brighton has a such exciting food scene which we are delighted to be a part of and has a fantastic buzz and vibrancy which perfectly aligns with the culture and mission at Chilango. We hope to win over new fans in Brighton with our vibrant food and flavours, and who knows if it goes well, we may look to open a restaurant here in the future.”
