Wirral firm expands services to help companies become better equipped to deal with fire emergencies
A leading fire safety solutions business has expanded its services to help organisations become fully compliant with new regulations surrounding health and safety in commercial and residential buildings.
Wirral-based North West Fire Safety Solutions, which supports a number of organisations with fire safety control, has boosted its range of training courses in fire safety.
North West Fire already provides fire health and safety maintenance works to a number of businesses in the region including Your Housing Group, Legacie Lettings and Liverpool and Sefton YMCA, but is now encouraging more to sign up to its potentially lifesaving training programmes.
Neil Oxton, director at North West Fire Safety Solutions, said:
“We are now expanding our fire training services to give workplaces in the region the lifesaving knowledge that they need.
“Our courses offer practical steps on making workplaces safer to reduce the risk of fire hazards but also offer information on using fire extinguishers correctly and carrying out risk assessments.
“Critically, we are educating people on new legislation on fire safety and making buildings safe. A lot of this has changed in the wake of the Grenfell disaster. Frankly, too many workplaces are not up to speed on the legislative changes. We are now urging businesses in the region to contact us to find out how we can help them with the training services that we offer. We have an expert team that really could make a difference.”
