Modular home offices: the future for working from home?
Yorkshire-based start-up MHOR manufactures and installs modular built home office pods which provide a flexible and secure solution for home working. Founded by chartered surveyor Alex Duckett, MHOR workspace has a 100,000 square feet production facility in Brompton-on-Swale, North Yorkshire. The modular units can be offered as a solution to home working where people may either have limited space in their house or as a means to keep work and home life separate.
Commercial law firm, Square One Law, has become the first business in the North of England to install one of the home offices for their IT manager, a key team member, providing a secure, dedicated workspace that will allow more flexibility when supporting the wider team.
In this video, Alex Duckett, CEO of MHOR and Ian Gilthorpe, Senior Partner, Square One Law discuss with Graham Robb the benefits the office pods offer as part of a hybrid working solution.
